When graphics are set to Medium or higher, Hash's tornadoes and all Succ Maegu effects are barely affected by Effects Opacity slider. Even setting it all the way to zero doesn't help--the tornadoes are still way too dark, and Succ Maegu's massive AOEs still block your whole camera. Only when you set the overall graphics setting to "Low" or below...then the Effects Opacity slider begins to have a meaningful impact on these skills; however, I don't want to play on Low or Very Low settings. Please fix this! The Effect Opacity slider needs to do a better job of reducing these effects especially at higher settings.
