I'm very new to BDO still but I saw this and wondered if I can get this heart dragon decor anywhere? I found it at the Dragon Museum guy! (aswell really curious about the Garmoth statue (Labreska Statue) there aswell! is it obtainable?)

This decor is not available no. The Labreska statue was an event a while ago, but I don't think there currently is a way to get it. Gotta wait for the next event.
