Suggestions/Comments: Today's global lab revealed that top performing players during NW will get additional rewards.

That in principle is definitely fine, however it seems it's based entirely on kills and forts/gates destruction.

I play a fragger class, so it's not really a personal complaint here, i just think it's something that  will make it even harder for mid-tier guilds to have sufficient number of shais and other classes that dont tend to frag much. These classes are still impactful and their attendance is super important for every guild, but they tend to appeal to fewer players. They're already kind of "unsung heroes" where everyone is always sharing clips of kill feeds and stuff, which is fine and understandable, but if the game additionally rewards classes like Archer even further, I feel like it will make even more players just roll to fragger classes as it's the only playstyle the game specifically rewards.  

If this isn't changed, picking a class that offers something other than damage means never getting those additional rewards - whatever these end up being.

I think this individual rewards thing should be either adjusted in some way to also reward healing, buffing, CCs etc OR removed/be only cosmetic (titles or something)

I have a Ranger, Archer, Maegu alt that i can just frag with and "perform" according to that crap system.

They have the technology for both AoS and guild league to track heals and crowd control, I don't know why they wouldn't consider those stats in the partecipation reward
