It seems that after receiving penalty in Guild League when not having enough members it stays until you eventually accumulate 3 and get banned... penalties are not uncommon as you only have 3 min and if anyone disconnects you can easily drop below 7 especially in such short time window. Moreover GM doesnt seems to have any way of unbanning a guild.

My guild received initial 2 penalties because system was not clear and some people didnt join in 3 min, however after being careful for another couple weeks we still accidently got 3rd one when person disconnectied and now we are banned for whole 7 days and lost change to participate in event for crons.

I would say there is 3 main problems:

1. Min required people are 7 but after start you only need 4, why not reduce the limit to 4 in first place?

2. Very short 3min join window does not help on the problem 

3. Ban last 7 days and you cannot remove it even if it is due to game issues and people disconnecting

Please review the system with possibility to unban people.

They should make the whole que up system similar to league of legends. Once enough ppl lock in everyone gets teleported to the battleground or something. And the penalty should be applied for players who leave/dc not for the whole guild and much shorter.
