Since there are no plans of removing Mythical Dine's Breath of Okiara, aka the Water Stamina mentioned in Choice's feedback, then I want to suggest that it should at least get some improvements. Breath of Okiara currently has too many restrictions and depletes too quickly for the niche effect it provides. The points are what it should get to bring Mythical Dine up to par with Mythical Arduanatt and Mythical Doom, so that the owners of said horse can feel a bit more proud in their choice.

● Increase the maximum amount of Breath of Okiara.

● Allow Breath of Okiara to recover while in the air.

● Reduce the time before Breath of Okiara starts to recover.

● Increase Breath of Okiara recovery speed and recovery rate when mounted and not mounted.

● When Breath of Okiara is depleted and Mythical Dine is on top of water in its water form, allow Breath of Okiara to recover while you're not mounted.
