There are 20-30 people actively participating in this forum, and suddenly there are 900 votes. It's totally not suspicious, not at all.

90% of those commenting on the quoted thread have: 1-10 comments (most of them only have 1 comment).

Are you ashamed of your account, you posting on the forum from a new one you created a few days ago?

From my PoV the game is lacking in an interesting content while grinding for your gear. I daresay it's nonexistant at all. Other than the mindless circles on the PvE spots. Also where are the meaningful group activities to progress? Why are there none at all?

I am asking for someone far more experienced and successful in the game. Not some whiny dude that always complains.

Have you noticed what game you're playing? This is Korean-style mmo, i.e. grind.

The problem is that grinding should have meaning and an end, and there is no such thing in BDO - the part for assembling the compass has a 0.002% chance of being dropped, and the end game gear has a 5% chance of enchantment success.

You have group content:

- world bosses

- field bosses

- guild bosses

- whale hunt

- khalk hunt

- horse racing

- atoraxxion

- mob party zones.

Except that all this content is dead because it is: too difficult and / or gives too little rewards and / or requires a party.

Because this game was never designed for parties and most players do not want to play in parties.

I'd say most players don't want to party up because there's no real advantage to it.  If you got exp and drop boosts from being in a party, everyone would want to do it.

I'd wager that if this game supported organic (as opposed to contrived) group content, more people would be into it.  But PA makes group content on their terms, and what they think we want, so it flops.

The people that got me into this game and most others i know quit BECAUSE there is no group content. The dungeons are pretty decent but not enough to keep you entertained. and while i enjoy pvp and had lots of fun roaming the world to find wartargets this aspect too has become almost extinct. if people dont want group content and party play they should not come to an MMO in my opinion. Theres enough solo rpgs out there and BDO had the potential to be #1 of all mmorpgs on the market with its combat, graphics and sandbox open world. what makes players leave is that the pve aspect is just utter garbage compared to every other mmo out there. Many went over to Final Fantasy for example although they said they would have loved to stay in BDO except there i just only the running in circles with no point to it.

This just fits what i have observed iny my guilds and with friends.

I am perfectly aware, the game is grindy. Before I continue I have an honest question:

Did you understand, what I was saying? Or will there be just assumptions that aren't entirely true?

I believe that enhancing the game could involve discontinuing consensual guild wars declarations and eliminating protection status. Also, It may be beneficial to have 1-3 servers dedicated to traditional gameplay and 4-6 servers exclusively for PvE content to cater to both preferences.

Additionally, implementing dungeon runs with clear objectives and defined mechanics, rather than puzzles, could enhance the gaming experience. These dungeons could offer static rewards, including a box containing a random prize at the end. 

Furthermore, introducing a new party loot system where blue to orange tier items are sent to a user interface for all participants to have a 3-hour window to either Roll or Pass on the item could promote fairness. The individual who wins the roll will obtain the item. This system would complement the existing loot systems of Party Leader, Random, Order, and Free looting options.

This will never happen because everyone will play on pve only channels and they will be overcrowded as is the case with seasonal channels.
Only completely removing open pvp and unlimited marni for all zones will solve the problem.

BDO has practically no loot, and you want to divide it among players. This is the main reason why playing a party at BDO makes no sense.

So because they are not vocal on this forum that largely goes ignored by PA anyways, they don't play the game?  Or does your claim actually just reinforce what was said that this forum is only 20 people in an echo chamber complaining?

You attempted to discredit the claim of a vocal minority speaking against what the silent majority actually wants instead proved the exact claim that the vocal minority does all the chatter while the rest of the game's population says nothing.

Roll or pass is not needed, rather it should be like it used to be when we had Special deals, where you had a posting period that allowed you to buy out the rest of the party members and get the item instead of having it listed on the CM.
