Suggestion to deal with current Shield Bearers(Current Metas)

Hello adventurers, it is your favourite MVP player, I69. I know we all have had our tough times dealing with me because I am super OP and all, but right now, I need your help, to face a common enemy, and you know who I am talking about, THE SHIELD METASSo i've come up with a suggestion to deal with such players that could actually benefit all classes, and for classes that already have my suggestion do not need to worry about my suggestion. But here we go, my suggestion to deal with such players....is to add Guard Gauge percentage damage to classes that do not currently have Guard Gauge skills! Just think about it, if every class had Guard Gauge, it would make life so much easier handling Shield Meta Campers by giving classes that have to resort to fleeing the ability to actually fight back now and easily reduce a Shield Meta's Foward Guage by a percentage amount! Lets use Corsair for example, we all know she is notorious for her infamous Guard Gauge capabilities. Now imagine every class being able to do what Corsair does, BUT not as aggressively as her, to balance things out. I notice a very small handful of classes currently have Guard Guage skills, such as Succ Tamer, Succ Lahn, and Succ Maewha, but out of these 3 classes, they only have ONE Guard Gauge skill which do 10% Guard Gauge damage. Which means they have to use their skill 10x to get a 100% Shield down to 0% to break it. And by this time, the attacker will be killed easily by being grabbed or running out of resources. So my suggestion is to give every class at least 2-3 Guard Gauge skilsl, ranging from 5%-20% per hit, this should allow us to deal with the Shield Metas, and balance out PvP from those who are currently abusing their newfound DR in ways that was not intended. Stand with me, and help us balance out these cowards who bear the shields, and fight alongside me as we conquer them in the near future!

orrrrrr easier solution that doesnt make frontal guards get nerfed for every class. we can just give super armor frontal guard block classes what kuno had for 8 years with a twist.

Pressing block costs stamina. Holding block drains stamina. The twist is when your stamina reaches 0 instead of not being allowed to block,  Just remove their super armor instead and let them keep the frontal. It would allow actual counter play for all the classes that dont have a grab and have to just stare at shields. Without giving every class in the game guard shred which sounds absolutely miserable

I play succ nova so this is limited to my experience, but we deal absolutely zero damage now. If you propose nerfing the FG block, then either boost the mobility significantly or boost the damage of skills.

Sure I am now pretty hard to kill 1v1 same gear, but I also deal absolutely zero damage. Even in AOS a full combo only deal what, not even 30% hp to non tank classes while using full AP setup?

I am still not tanky enough to survive 2v1. Not to consider that 0% FG and fg break debuff causes the skills get heavily gimped.

All meanwhile succ zerks and what you said, corsair, being totally unkillable as well while having the mobility for it.

Agree though, this whole patch definitely need lot of work, but not this blanket nerf to FG. Probably more on adjusting each class damage/survivability instead.

Against who? If you fight against another shield class while stacking DR you're gonna both throw peebles at rock wall. People asked to end "one shot meta" and this is result. 

On the other hand if Nova stacks DR it's impossible to kill it in 1v1 if I don't have grab (which I don't). 

In short: Succ Nova is now The Tank and cannot kill other tanky classes, but still can easily kill glass cannons. This is exactly what people playing shield classes wanted.

Almost 1 year has passed, Succ Nova is a freaking menace in uncapped PvP now. She can't die. She does MASSIVE DAMAGE. Her movement is so fast that she can keep up with my god damn T10 on auto path, she can grab, she has better heals, her minions freaking shred Evasion, grabbing her feels nearly impossible since if she's in Q Block, you have to get pass her Guards. I don't know what PA was smoking, but a class that can grab, can't die, and can run 500DP, 300AP, killing people like butter, and their FG barely denting is very busted and needs even more of a nerf than when i posted this 10 months ago....

As a class that only uses frontal on all my damage skills lets not nerf me more this class barely exists.......
