I like the changes to Archer, but:
1) A/D + C is inconvenient, and in 9/10 situations, it switches my weapon from main to awaken and vice versa instead of using Steady Breath. Can you fix this issue?
I preferred the version where Tactical Strike was on A/D + RMB in Awaken and Steady Breath was on A/D + RMB in main. It was simpler. Even though the transition is faster now, it only gets in the way. (If the issue with C weapon swap gets fixed, it might not be necessary).
2) There is another issue with the animation of Meteor Dive. It is very fast, the distance hasn’t increased, but at the end, the animation is very slow. Can we do something about that final animation?
3) The lack of CC on S + RMB (Verdure Clout) is felt in low-range. I propose switching it back in and removing it from Uproot.
4) The cooldown on Storm of Light is a bit too long.

I disagree. We've already lost too much of what little we had in the last few years. We shouldn't give anything in return. PA should just bring back CC on Earth Shatter and Verdure Clout. There was no point in nerfing those skills. They don't affect in mass pvp. These were skills exclusively for 1v1. And archer is already VERY weak in 1v1. And without CC these skills are completely useless. Archer already has 80% pre awa blocked due to lack of need in pvp. Now there are another +2 skills. Nice PA!
