I had this coupon for few months and i was hesitaing to use it before i was afraid that the description was misleading. I was 61 71% when i said it has to be like life skill coupons and if i let it go to watse i will regret it afrewards. So today i decided to actually use it to get the exp and sp from my top alt ( a seanonal class / nova 57,8 lvl ) . Once i saw the result , that my main was 57 instead of getting the extra exp i was in shock . I sent a pettition to support and also checked all pearl shop to find any way to undo this . The support response was sorry we can do nothing about it . I sent 2nd message that this is a reason to actually quit the game since it would take weeks to actually get back the exp and the skill points especially . Why create a radical item that has no reverse effect and no way to be undone ? Does any of you had a similar case and met the same response? I never asked for an item return , i never asked for a failstack return i never made any other mistake in the game in these 4 years i play . I would expect some understaing and a solution of any form . Instead i got only a fake sorry we cant do something about it . This attitude is literally forcing someone who has limited gametime to quit . 

There should be at least 1 chance to reverse it for pearls. 

I don't understand why do they refuse to help in such an obvious case. At least offer him the way (even paid) to undo it somehow. It doesn't have to be cheap either. Just offer him something. I know that most people playing BDO has an unlimited amount of time to spend grinding hours and hours and are able to get lost EXP back in a matter of probably days or weeks, but there are also players that play casually for few hours, sometimes not even every day and still they enjoy the game. The problem is that in such a case going back to the situation before the mistake will take weeks at least and it's really discouraging to the point that you want just to quit. 

Simple question: what about your Nova alt? This coupon works as a replacement not transfer from one to another, so your Nova should have now lvl 61 71%.
If it was a transfer it would be "too easy" because each lvl = 2x previous lvl but higher lvl = less exp from mobs at a specific level (from what I read xp drops 4 times eg. char lvl 61 mob give you 0,08% per kill, same mob at char lvl 62 give you only 0,02% per mob).

And because you can obtain lvl 61 from quests, 2 lvl 61 chars = 1 char 62, next 4 lvl 61 chars and you can advance to lvl 63.
Quests give experience as a percentage, that's why you can't reach lvl 62 with quests.

If transfer = epic p2w and ultra fast lvl up.

Conclusion: this coupon is a trash because you can easily achieve lvl 61, and higher lvl don't give you any advantage.

The coupon says "exchange" not "fuse" or anything similar to that. It's  written on it.

Let's make a simple example in game how exchange works. You go to NPC and EXCHANGE Fairy for Wine. You get wine. The NPC gets the Fairy. You exchanged the items, you didn't get Fairy AND wine.

So when you exchange levels, it means they will swap, not fuse.

Thus Support won't do anything because the coupon worked as it was supposed to work.

Another example. You go to shop and buy chicken with recipe how to cook it. You come home and eat it raw. You then go to shop and complain that you want another chicken... But you got the recipe how to cook it. You just did not read it.... I hope you understand and next time be more careful with your decisions.

and that's why I kept it in the box, don't like the feel of being forced to do something.

back to the topic, you should have asked in-game chat on how it works or your guildmates, I doubt the support will help you, the coupons are 1 off, 62 not that hard to get anyway, it's like 50 hours grinding at most without exp events.

The description on this items is worded wrong so when it say transfer to, it actually means that the toon losing the combat XP & SP. PA knows this is misworded, but they still refuse to not only fix it but also compensate players who fall for this scam. 

But this is what you can expect from a company in the gaming industry for the purpose of making as much money as possible with as minimal effort as possible. A decent company would not only make the wording 100% clear with how a cash shop item works, but insteadly give the user a second chance if they did manage to misunderstand the item's description. But not only is the wording misleading and confusing here, but PA also tells people "sorry looks like you'll just need to buy a second transfer coupon to fix the mistake you made due to our inability to care."

No, it's not worded wrong! Because it does not say "transfer" it says "exchange"!

It is worded wrong because it says "exchange to" which means your exhanging the XP to that character however what actually happens is it takes the levels from that character. So it should say "exchange from" but that not what it says thus people like the OP end up transfering to and from the wrong character. PA knows this is a typo but they don't fix it cause why would they? They've be getting away with this scam and shitty business model of telling people to just buy a second coupn to fix their mistake (because PA refuses to fix the wording on the tool tip) for 3 years nows. 

It's not "exchange to" (even though it is still worded right in that context though a bit confusing), it's "exchange with" which means it's worded right and there really isn't room for much interpretation.
