My secret spot is different in that it isn't notable for the enhancements I've succeeded but the enhancements I've failed. Anyways, here's the story behind it:

A guildmate of mine once told me "The higher the place is, the more RNG it has." For my Korean friends, this may seem a bit cryptic, but it basically means that my guildmate is slightly off in the head. But good news, I'm off in the head too! Thus, with a few TRI accessories, a TRI blackstar, and a thousand-odd cron stones in my inventory, I set off to find the highest spot in the game on my trusty Lahn.

As mentioned before, I am slightly off in the head; a while ago, I had spent a week talking to every npc and uncovering the whole map. Thus, I had perfect vision on where to go.

Well, no I didn't. The highest mountain was in the foggy region to the South and I couldn't go there even if I sacrificed my wallet to the black spirit. I had to settle for the second-best option, the very tall tower in Dreighan.

Well, no I couldn't. The stairs only reach the middle of the tower, and you have to make a few impossible jumps. Perhaps a Tamer with jump gear could do it, but even though I have a Tamer with jump gear, I can only triple jump maybe a third of the time, let alone climb the tallest tower in the game.

The third highest spot in BDO is the mountain in the easternmost part of O'dyllita, part of the Forgotten Mountain node. I still don't understand the "O apostrophe" part of O'dyllita. Do dark elves speak Irish or something? In any case, I autopathed there with my beautiful t8 courser that refuses to awaken no matter how many cron stones and conches I force-feed it, and I promptly fell into Olun's Valley because of an autopathing glitch. My horse soon was met with its death, something that its all too used to. With only jump gear on, I was dead meat if a single mob so much as breathed on me, so I spent some time frantically dodging... No, I just mapped to O'draxxia.

However, my computer is shit, and it turned out that a mob *did* breathe on me during the two years I spent in the loading screen. I arrived at O'draxxia a dead Lahn. No matter. My radiant fairy may only have level 1 skills, but at least one of the skills was Fairy Tear. Back to full health and no xp down, I revived my horse and set off again.

Learning my lesson, I didn't autopath this time. Thus, I missed a bridge and cleanly fell off a cliff, leading my horse to its second death in the hour.

An esc->escape later, I was back to the road and continued on foot. A few minutes and several Lahn flights later, I was at the top of the mountain.

I pressed the comma key and was ready to enhance. First were my three TRI crescent rings. My 117 stack at the ready (was originally 112, but failed several TET accessory taps), I began.

Fail.

Fail.

A 30% chance to succeed meant that I would, on average, get one in every tree tries or so.

If only that were the case because I failed once more.

Next, I swapped to my 150 stack to tap my TRI blackstar to TET. I had two cronned attempts which quickly failed as expected. Well, I had another mass of pure magic anyways; I might as well. Quickly buying the two concentrated stones from the market and maiding them over, I forged the third flawless stone, brought up the black spirit, and pressed enhance.

I then went to eat dinner.

And to my surprise, I was met with another failure.

And since that spot is actually glitched and you start rubberbanding whenever you want to move in any direction, I had to maid a map over and use it to escape. That detail sounds like it doesn't really matter. HOWEVER, I am a Lahn main, which means half of the reason I climbed the mountain was to fly off it! Not only did I not succeed in any enhancement, I didn't even get to fly off the mountain (and die because the fall damage reduction only lasts 10 seconds)!

Anyways, the moral of this story is that I was only at the second highest place in the released regions and not the highest place, therefore my RNG did not increase enough.
