Velia's peace zone toward ocean ends almost outside of pier.  It's creat huge problems to leave and enter Velia docks. Expanding its futher into ocean will prevent player ship colision and allow easier entering/leaving Velia.

Additionally, the autopark feature timer could be lowered  and its range raised in order to make this place easier to access.

As a daily sailor, I fully endorse this idea. 

It should go out past the target dummies. Boats left out no matter how far from the wharf should be remote collected after ten minutes. That would stop people being lazy and leaving them out.
