Since this update went live Shock Relay (RMB) skill from Awakening Sage is behaving oddly. It's applying a forced delay into Bolt (SHIFT+ Directional) whenever it's used with an overcharged Bolt meanwhile regular Bolt is on cd.

Easy enough to replicate: Use Bolt->RMB->Bolt You'll notice the second Bolt has a forced delay where you just stand there in the RMB animation.

This only happens with Shock Relay, no other skill have this delay going into overcharged Bolt.

Korea region got this changes a week ago, they don't have this bug.

It's not mentioned on the patch notes. 

It's clearly a bug,please fix it. It kills the flow and speed of the class.
