how do I add a friend if all I know is the family name? the friend window (N) has add friend, but it only asking for character, it has no check box for family name

Hey :)
In your chat, switch to whisper, then on the left click on the box that says "(Character)" once, it should change to "(Family)".
Then go back to your friends list and try to add someone, it should now say Family Name instead of Character Name!
