I made it to velia on my corsair spoke with alustin and that's that. No new main quest line... I don't see any options to pick it up in the various tabs in the quest window either.

I have this too, stuck in Velia with my corsair and can't delete the character having spent money on it, very disappointed 

I am also stuck in Velia. It thinks I haven't done the Sage of Velia quest, but it shows in my completed quest list.

you have to open a book item in your inventory, it is a short version of the questline, you just have to farm mobs until lvl 56 then go to valencia questline.

That is so broken, especially if you've paid for the black spirit pass, which I have, you can only get the first 3 or 4 rewards, and I don't see them giving out complete refunds

Same issue as the above mentioned. Without a disclaimer warning of Season Pass not functioning if this route is chosen seems they just bilked a ton of people out of pearls.
