Well since there are reboot threads already I do one for the Kuno already before it even comes for this class.

My simple suggestion is:
Since it's one of the already a lost class anyway (equal to Musa for example), I just would want reduced cooldown times.
Honestly, what's with the ridicolous long CD times of black moonlight or alike which even the artillery classes like Sage or else which dealing 5 times more dmg even having less cooldown. It's enough all those skills you can only fire in using quickslots- So at least reduce it to make sure you can effectively use them.

You don't need to do anything else. As she is now I'm used to this class and is at least decently playable in succession form compared to many years ago.
Even is it's is still far too weak against taking damage or dodging for a close quarter class without any effective porotection (except blockjump which also having pretty long cooldown...), but as I said, it's a lost class anyway because since point one it was never a superior class to anything.
 
(And believe me, counting for pve you can even fasten up the animations in awa mode another few times it will never compensate the non existing protection and bad skillanimation while doing the skills! Frontguard/Iframe was the only thing which could compensate it which it was back on 2017 )
