Video/Screenshot useless? #deletedAcc

I don't wana bother support anymore so I ask here.
Have a way to prove ownership of the screenshot/video content. I doubt it's of any use, since it would mean like recreating stuff from picture uh. That seems very unlikely. Still I have to ask, any chance they would ever restore anything based on these type of data?

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to restore items based on screenshots provided by players, as those screenshots can be manipulated or modified. When providing assistance to our players, we always follow and check internal logs from players' account.
In the case of a non-transferred account, we cannot restore or provide a compensation as we do not have any logs of those accounts because they have been deleted.
