[Manor] Crucio Domongatt's Summon -- cannot start, lack of Knowledge about Crucio

Hello!
ATM it is impossible for my character to start this quest because Lord of Heidel refuses to talk because he "doesnt trust me enough".
I also see I miss only his record in Knowledge about Heidel Upper Class.
This is probably because I choose wrong path during [CROSSROADS] quests branching.
Internet says there's some ways to get Knowledge about him, but I'm not sure:

1. accepted quest Lord of Serendia or
2. gained 201 Amity with Carolin or
3. gained 501 Amity with Jarette Domongatt or
4. reached Processing Apprentice 10 or
5. finished quest Hero of Serendia
Who had same issues and how you solved it?
Leveling alt and Amity minigame is long time, so I guess I gotta sharpen my lumberaxe...

this just worked for me too, i couldn't speak to him and did what you did there and now he finally talked to me, thanks a lot for the update!
