Hello!

I'm new player, joined about a month ago, right in the middle of 'Season'.

The game told me about some benefits and rewards creating a 'season' character, so I did just that.

After some time I decided not to continue the season race, because it became somewhat boring, and switch to explore other activities, like lifeskilling and knowledge and some quests and reveal the map and worker 'empire'.

Then somebody told me I can get very rare and valuable 'boss' gear by exchanging after I 'graduate', so I decided to 'graduate'.

I did the short quest line, buy eventually stuck.

I could not use 'coupons' give to me by Fughar because the game told me I have 'timepiece' in my inventory and I must use it or discard, I created an alt I dont really need and used this timepiece or something on alt.

But the game still refused to graduate my main.

In addition, all my hard-earned tuvala gear dropped off into inventory and became unusable.

So, I ended up with this:

- Main without gear, dropped off season servers;

- Alt I dont know how to play and dont need 2nd character;

Asked in a chat, they said now my Alt is 'season' character and I need to finish 'Season Pass' but I cannot do this because Alt has no weapons (Alt is Warrior, Main is Guardian, Warrior cannot use Guardian's weapons).

In addition, for some strange reason all 12 golden hedgehogs I bought got worst possible skills like +Farming or +Karms, totally useless. I understand how probailities work, but this looks like somewhat 'less probable'.

So, I understand in this situation I need to answer a question if I want to continue to play this game at all. Lets assume Yes, then how do I fix the situation while I have main and alt without gear and I need to complete 'season pass' run, how I do that, with green items bought from auction? Do I have a chance to get boss weapon after grad?

Whats my course of action, any suggestions?

I dont feel like fun play running around chopping trees for a year to be able to buy decent gear with a chance, I mean I can buy only when somebody else is willing to seel and that is not guaranteed, and as far as I can see - its a very slim chance, so most probable is that I will run in mediocre gear despite the amount of time and efforts I put in.

When you used the time pirce you should've got coupons that exchanges tuvala weapon into a different class. Use them.

Ok, on seasonal server with seasonal character I bought from oasis vendor boxes, opened boxes, all items are red (uequippable).

I cannot finish anything on both seasonal and non-seasonal servers.

I cannot graduate because I didnt finish Season Pass.

I cannot finish Season Pass because I dont have the gear anymore.

Oasis gear is not usable, I cannot wear it.

Tuvala gear is not usable, I cannot wear it.

Any NPC dont give options to convert anything.

You need to get into discord voice chat with a guildmate/mentor to guide you through this.   

I understand that the process is non-intuitive and a bit cumbersome, so it is not your fault that you do not understand it.  

But this forum is an extremely slow method of resolving the problem here.  

You have:  

1 - your original main character who was seasonal and now is not seasonal  

2 - your new alt who is seasonal now  

3 - a set of seasonal tuvala armors & accessories that your new alt can wear  

4 - a set of seasonal tuvala weapons that NO ONE can wear  

5 - a set of Tuvala "exchange" coupons for each weapon type (main, awk, sub) that you must use, on the target character, to transform the weapons of other class, into weapons of that character's class  

With some guidance from someone with time to help you, you can have your new seasonal alt fully equipped in minutes.  Additionally, your preferred main character who is no longer seasonal, can be equipped with other gear.   

NOTE TO PEARL ABYSS: 
This is the kind of crap newbies deal with. 
You need to disallow using the "timepiece" until the season pass is completed, and you need to make it easier and simpler. Veteran players don't care about it, newbies get into trouble with it. Just make it copy the whole set of gear and not strip the original character naked. It's so easy for new players to use the time piece before they should, without understanding the consequences, and then they end up in this situation and need mentors to pick up the pieces for them.
