It is content that I like and necessary to get a t9 / t10 out of you but the problem is that whenever I enter I am alone and it ends up kicking me out. 
It would be great if the notice of horse racing participants appeared on all servers or on X servers, and so that it would not be annoying for those who are not interested in being able to activate or deactivate it in the game settings as well as it warns you when you register some horse in the market etc.

Please try to take it forward before it is content "dead" because no one does it anymore,

This is what FFXIV did right with chocobo racing. You could simply queue up for it, and have a quick race without the need to physically move to the racing site.

Horse racing it has always been dead content. Better horse, better gear and using bug always win.

So PA give us new horse racing version. Almost good. Almost because always something must be f. up.

Horse move / run very unnaturally and differently than outside these races. One touch of an invisible obstacle ends the race for you. When the first person crosses the finish line, the other people have too little time to get to the end (especially when touch of an invisible obstacle) and they don't get any reward for participating.

So after many times when I was first and then (touch of an invisible obstacle) I couldn't even finish race I said to myself: never again.

This would be great. Queuing up without actually having to move to the racetrack and wait around idle would be a bit improvement. Perhaps have a UI function, that IF enabled, would give us a little popup/audible chime, when someone queued up for a horse-race so we could take advantage and join, helping everyone.

And more generally; yes I agree OPer. Please promote the horse racing feature more/ Perhaps give 'race seasons', points for winning, a championship with the winner/s receiving a dream horse box or something, 2-5th a tier 8, 6-10th a tier 7, and so on. Anything to promote it and garner more interest would be nice. I find it quite fun, but it's been hard to find others to do it with (for a reason I can't really understand why).

Once I worked out that the race is not a race, E.g. has a strong catch up mechanic, so strong you can wait at the start for 30 seconds and win, I lost all interest in the ‘race’. It was less about skill and more about judging you last few seconds of the race.

As far as I’m concerned, there is not racing in BDO at this time.
