For real, at this point its just promoting stacking, no one wanna be in team full of AFK's, its just dumb respawn camping by team with active players vs team full of AFK for rewards.

Or they can just add a few 270 AP and 330 DP cap RBFs. That way people can actually participate and be more than fodder.

Or they might as well just turn all the non-Seasonal RBF into Minimal Reqs 285 AP and 347 DP to enter.

Anything other then either or will cause fodder to just want to AFK for potental rewards. While watching Netflix or playing DOTA2.

While i think adding caps, both with max and min requirements is fine, its not gonna work. Undeargeared players not as big problem, they still can use CC's and play very important role of mass / meat shield (supporting gameplay is more important that chad kill stealers who Q block 24/7 untill they can secure kill), i was undeargeared as well, yes you barelly can kill anyone ( DP is meme i still die 1 shot at 401DP+) but you can greatly support your team by protecting strong players or initiate attacks with your body. Afk (include players who just run around& hit air ) on other hand  completelly do nothing, they just take slots in grp and that how its slowly becoming 10 vs 30 respawn camp, because everyone rejoining/leaving from afk players.

At 275 ap the best I can do is throw CCs, and chip at a group if a ball is following me. If my team gets kills from that I feel productive. However, when RBF becomes one-sided and I am getting spawn camped, there is nothing I can do and it feels really bad. 

I would hope, they make some arrangements to prevent spawn camping ..e.g if my team is failing to prevent spawn camp end the RBF there is no need to continue the misery as we already lost the battle.
