So I am returning player and I wanted to check out Erfianso if she has that Quest and the Daily to upgrade my permanent Flute on one of my chars.

But when I get there she has no Quest whatsoever.

In my quest tab there is also no Celestial Quest ongoing.

So far I have found out, it shows me the daily on my other character. But I am not sure if I need to have a permanent flute on this character to do the daily or do I need to finish a certain Main Quest Line in Kama for it to show? What is it?
