i left BDO for 1 year and missed the event, please bring it back for players who didnt do it and let them catch up
or make it ONCE per family quest so it become fair for all players to catch up

Honestly, I only realized what the event was for when it was about to end and I got my PEN.
23 stones is 12 days of kill quests, which is not going to be a huge difference in the long run.

If you were permanently losing out on a useful item, then I'd have some sympathy, but all you lost out on was getting an item for free that you can still get, so it'll just take a bit longer to complete the guaranteed PEN accessory. And given everything else involved with it, you might need that time to get the rest of the items anyway. All you've lost out on is time - and for better or worse, you chose to spend your time on something other than BDO for a year. You can't expect to not lose out on something when you don't play the game for that long, and what you're complaining about seems awfully trivial given that you can still get it.

If i remember correctly, that is 12 days of dailies, or 23 if you do the lazy method of water scooping. And 805m silver, it's not even a billion silver. That is not even a week of grinding, and you will more than make up for it in those 12 days. Plus since Black stones are no longer on 200k deep preorders you are saving out on half the cost of those blackstones now vs when it first came out.
You lost out on a 2 week bonus, big woop, if you are this far behind in getting the pen accessory annother 12 days isn't going to kill you.

If you missed it, then you missed it. Nobody would think of bringing something back just for one player(or 2), since it's not worth it.
Also this feature is still in the game.
