Is there any way to turn off the hunting tips in the top left?

They pop up every couple seconds non stop. There's no option in the edit UI or settings to turn off that I can find? Please help...

Edit: I've solved it. I had a quest from him. As soon as I forfeited it they went away.

Fun fact, those messages were holding up a ton of other notifications like accepting Progression Pass rewards and guildies leveling life skills. They all came flooding through after the tips went away.
