Issue 1: Item Count not updating [Steam]

The  Item Count feature has not been working on my game client for the past several months. During these past several months not only have I reinstalled and downloaded the game but I also created a new PC. The feature now only shows updated trash loot count when I open my inventory.

(1) Go to grind spot. 

(2) Kills Mobs and get loot

(3) Right Click loot and select item count
(4) Kill more Mobs and notice that it isn't updating trash count. Open inventory by pressing I, trash count is updated.

Prior to having this problem trash count would update as I'm killing mobs. 

Item Drop UI not working

New Feature is not working for me

(1) Edit UI > Turn on Item Drop Log

(2) Go to grind spot

(3) Kill Mobs
(4) Check item drop log and nothing appears

New feature, hopefully patched soon. 

Trash count still does not update automatically. Please fix

I am on steam, item drop log and trash is updating in real time for me.  So it is not a steam thing.
