Here I have some feedback for you.

Why does it take about a year of playing BDO, before your gear gets somewhat on a level, that you can compete in pvp?

- What's the idea with this game, that you play it for year and still meeting people geared so much, that they cannot be touched even remotely. Can you explain please in what way is this part fun to anyone? High gear lack opponents, low gear can't contribute. I also personally feel like it ruin the rest of your game. I learned this recently playing Lost Ark. Man I love the adventuring. Makes me think, why I don't do this in BDO more, it's essentially same idea (Adventure Logs, sailing, etc.). But really I need to upgrade my gear, so that I can PvP, which is essentially the endgame for great many. What can I do to access this end game. Gotta grind it out...for a good year or so. That is unheard of for player to take one year of playing game before being able to just pvp. Now you could argue, that it's up to me how I decide to play the game and that I could go adventuring any time regardless of my gear. And I would argue, that BDO is pushing on me need to upgrade the gear way to hard. More on that in next question. 

What is the idea, behind having such immenselly large power gaps in gear? That you essentially oneshot and take no damage in large number of cases.

- I can only guess, that the drive is making players feel like god? That can hardly be called fun for either side of battle, and for what, so that the geared player get a sniff of dopamine for few second, you would ruin your game to such a degree.

You could easilly normalize the differences such as having max and min of x% HP removed from hit. Example low gear hits for a minimum of 3% of HP, in other words he can always injure opponent for at least 3% HP rather than no dmg, because of gear difference. High gear hits for a maximum of 25% of HP, so you don't oneshot opponent with your fart, because of gear difference. Now I made these numbers up on the spot as example, but surelly there are values which could be accepted by majority of players. This would allow far more players to participate in PvP. In terms of gear difference, it's still unfair PvP as one would call it. But it's actually playable (the numbers need tinkering obviously).

So I had to start over. Few things worth mention. I play casually, most of time I burn my agriss daily, I attend bosses about half of the time and I do the events. Never have I seen a boss heart in over 6 years of my total (both accounts) time I spend with BDO. Well that's just rant I guess. More importantly there is the PEN event going on. So supposedly I be able to upgrade my gear faster. I am currently 630 gs, that's PEN gear with TET accesory (some caphra). My gear is half PEN quest and half self enchant (enchanted multiple PENs including Blackstar). I'll have you know, that the PEN event is rather underwhelming, to put it lightly. And I still cannot hit RBF without being utterly obliterated unless I ran into another PvP desperate gearless soul, who is just trying to play the game, but the game says NO!

Its a progress based MMORPG, why don't you play a MOBA/FPS/BR game if you don't want to progress, or why don't you pick up new game aka New World of Lost Arc, people play it for progress, if progress removed in favor of players like you, players who playing progressiong game will leave, and players like you is not a playerbase, your kind come and go.

Why are you being so aggressive. I am just proposing a certain calculation of damage where you would still be overpower but not invincible while afk or one taping with autoattack. So we can all enjoy game together without these nonsense outdated mechanics. Let the game improve.

And it's not really progression if 80% of your played hours you were unable to pvp, because the hardcap is so insanely far away time wise.

been playing for 5 years and still get gear checked. but i dont play that much 1hr day then more on the weekends. if you want to pvp you need to no life this game hard and get lucky on drops/upgrades or it will take forever. but go have fun in lost ark for a while you'll be back in a month or to when theres nothing to do anymore.

Uhm, I haven't stop play BDO just because I try Lost Ark. But thanks for making all those nice assumptions. The reason I bother post here is because I know it's being read by someone on BDO team. I think it will be nice if more people can join PvP. Keep strong power gaps, but have some nuance to it. I believe a lot of people would enjoy it.

Why should people who worked long and hard to get geared be punished?

Why should people be unable to pvp for more than 1 year into the game? What's the idea behind it, explain your reasoning? What is it about being immortal oneshotter that you need it in game so badly?

This isnt feedback, its just whining about how long the game is.
