Is there a way to clear up this throttling by these MS Azure servers which are used to connect to some portions of BDO? Are these high pings something setup intentionally? There are np's on the User end. Latency on continent hovers around 11ms. Trans-Pac/Atlantic =~120ish Steadily. Yet year after year the ping to this particualr game increases while more connections are being established via BlackDesert.exe. Is there a way to lower this ping to make PvP and skill activation respond quicker. Please explain to the BDO community what causes this throttling.
If you're asking why they throttle so much, it's because they try to minimize hosting costs to a minimum. Although if you ask me, they would do a better job by lowering network packet latency and removing various chat-packet features or at least reducing the frequency of updates (or removing them entirely) for things like "player has failed TET enhancement" or "something has been added to the marketplace" etc... These are taxing and if you could reduce desync by reducing throttling by the amount which the chat is fetching uselss information (especially for channels you don't have active in your tab) then it would be a much better game.
I'm pretty sure that they also have considerable amount of inefficient UI related scripts running that over-fetches data. In summary, IMO I think if they reduce the channels you're connected to and overall data transfer per player, they could increase the bandwidth limitations per player without increasing the server overhead.

This among other things: @ 57 sec. Also freely submit to the video hosting site about the quality in playback as it fails to represent the actual recorded quality of the data along with how the game actually plays on my system.
It is also noticable that the framerate is fine AFTER the player character reaches 0% hp and enters an inactive state.

Update: 11/2022
Black Desert Online still delays inputs and command reactions as well as throttles connection speeds which creates additional latency and an inability to perform split second, combat-based actions, especially in Player Vs Player scenarios. This is costing the community time, resources, and equipment. Has any Pearl Abyss Technician been assigend for this ongoing issue?
