On the season pvp server, I frequently encounter the following problem:

1) I am grinding, permanently with alt+c enabled

2) Another player comes into my rotation

3) I want to defend my rotation by killing this player

4) This player wants to fight me too (he/she's alt+c-ed and attempts to attack me back as well)

5) We cannot hit each other

6) After ~5 minutes, that player suddenly becomes attackable

I'm incredibly confused. Why can't I attack some players? Why do they randomly become attackable after some time? Why does this happen on the pvp season server?

For the record: It's not just the player within the screenshot below. It happens often with different players. Some players are immediately attackable, and others have this problem. Is this a bug, or something I severely misunderstand?

Did You noticed, may be this happened when the world boss appears? In this periods, pvp damage  is switching off.

shouldn't be- arsha dont have boss spawns. if it is because of world boss spawn then that's a bug 

Had same thing just happened, I can be attacked, enemy untargatable. Both flagged, both surrounded by 290AP zone mobs and farming them.

This has been changed for quite some time. World bosses no longer affect PvP, unless you're in the general vicinity of one.
