New music may help, so long as some thought is taken as to if the track fits the area. For example, most of the previously main menu music is not made to be in-game I think. They are up-beat, loud, exciting, meant to introduce you to the main menu and the game. In-game you may hear them just riding around or even while gathering. It is just jarring to hear. Enter Mediah from Drieghan or O'draxxia from Kamasylvia.
Yeah, Mediah's music seems mostly centered around the theme from last fall. I like it: very upbeat rock and it's a very fun toon. Almost like a sports theme. But it has NOTHING to do with Mediah and it's culture. That acoustic guitar and trumpet song is good, but then they regurgitated some of Valencia's music in there, and..... MAN....
Mediah.... poor, poor Mediah.....
