Well it seems its got a enhancement system like we already have from what i can see it may even be harder to get pen than just tapping pen bs...3.15% based on 200 enhancement chance ( guess failstacks)for the last part... Crons needed are less i guess 1820 crons :| so much for the pitty system they tried to sell
Ps : for reference pen blackstar attempt at 200 fs is 4.2%
Correct, its even more epic fail DOA content than I thought.
It's still rng pointless playing for nothing, extreme low chance for enchant.
Each time PA takes one step forward, it takes two steps back. Progression PA!!! We need progression!!! Not rng.

No, kzarka is still fine , if anything its still best for anti rng(i have c19 kzarka aswell). The new system works out worse than the current system lmao.

For a noob both PEN BS and c19 kzarka is a waste of time.
Those are very endgame items and ain't main focus in gearing. Especiall that AP scales poorly at 300+ anyways. Sure one can flex... but in reality it doesn't have large impact.
Only if Fallen good weapons will be added should you really make those into priorities, tho c20weapon will be cheaper then.

they just added more rng rolls now you can click x3 times more but after same time you still not gonna have pen bs, maybe a tri or even tet with little more stats.

Ahh c19 kzarka is perfectly fine to get for a new player especially since caphras are alot easier to get wdym. Its better than this new system for pen bs and previous system.

It's honestly dissapointing. This could've been a steady,hard road with a endgame goal and no rng involved instead we are stuck with another rng shitty system nobody wants.
Most TET Bs users will have this new weapon at DUO for the easy, no downgradable +3ap and that's it. I would even go as far as say most users will buy PRI-DUO and be done with it without ever enhancing it.
Just get the +3 ap and keep tapping hammers on tet bs.

Leaving aside their usual DOA BS god eye nonsense, the real change will be the increased market price on blackstars, so ppl who hate enchanting can just buy it for around ~150B reliably.

Imagine, they could've increased PEN BS enchament rates, they could've made it caphrasable, they could've just buff the monster ap on boss, but no.... they instead add a another new item, with it's own cluttered enchanting to bandaid "fix" to the issue lmao
They should add bonus monster dmg to kz/offin via some "garmothy" item. Its offensive if they dont.
