For years now, I have been really happy! I knew PA will improve the game and there have been a lot of improvements for PVE players and those who just want to life skill.

1.] Hungry PVP players can now participate in Arena of Solaire. That is heaven for PVE players and Life Skillers. It gives more room for us PVE / Life Skiller to enjoy the world and contents without getting chased / harassed by red players and PVP wannabe who just look at us life skiller as sheep.

2.] The Karma system still hasn't changed. It still helps because I know that red players will lose their gears and etc. That puts me at ease.

3.] Multiple servers which PVE grinders and Life Skiller can jump to just in case they get attacked. This is still the best solution! It also helps if grinders get contested a lot and just want to be left alone.

4.] I hear that PA implemented something where players have an hour without getting DFS. It's actually a pretty good move! I like it!

There are more. But, I will just stop here. I am glad that PVE and Life Skiller can have fun.  :)

That's true! At first, about your point 3 I thought that too many servers was only a hindrance to owpvp, by splitting the population.

But in the end.. Isn't that BDO's way of doing things?

Why not using it even more, in fact? Why don't they lock a red player on the channel he pked on, family-wide?

Why don't they allow an easier switch between channels for the victim? A kind of grace period allowing a player to freely switch, with suspended buffs/scrolls/whatever beneficial things he has, until he finds a free channel (with, maybe, a 5-minute limit)?

About the point 4, yes, 1 hour of personal monster area per day, no possible pvp interference. Once again, BDO's way of doing things, 1 hour of efficient grind will allow many players to gear up and be ready for what may happen after this hour. 

I would like it if the karma system was a bit more lenient on drops. Say like Lineage 2 had friendly (white)/flagged (purple)/red (karma -), where you could flag just by striking someone with a button modifier (hard since bdo has key combos) and you needed upwards of 5 PKs to start dropping (in this case breaking).

Other than that I'm generally speaking satisfied.

Ppl will find ways to sh*t on PA no matter what they do.

I do agree that changes/updates are great and i am enjoing those updates. Like for example AoS is sucha great content. Not to forget all the QoL changes.

If you ignore the state PVP is in right now BDO is in a much better state than it ever been. Hopefully now that there finally adding equalized GS in more PVP content we can finally get accurate data on how to balance an fix PVP as well, rather than people posting videos of someone claiming a class is OP because a guy with 310 AP can one shot them. We can actually see the problems with class balance without the massive effects of having extreme GS differences.

Correct. Just look at the top 100 solar rank to see that 3/4 of the classes are not there or just 1-2 places.

With all the protection and balance which PVE is getting, I am loving the sailing and exploring other areas even more now! Also, the Yar mini-game is so much fun! Please give it a try! :)

P.S. I hope there is a coin flip mechanics for Life Skiller. Since we are wearing life skills items, it's best to say "Hey! Coin flip?"

As a life skiller, I don't mind coin flip mechanics. Yar just takes a bit too...long...?

I'm not going to lie. Because of the last 14 months of changes. Black Desert Online is becoming my main MMO again. I'm actually going through my circles of friends and trying to convince them to give BDO another chance. This is the game that BDO should've been. Now it's here, thank the multiverse!
