The server verifies requests based on time stamps.  There are many bugs in BDO where the appropriate timers are not updated properly.  This often happens when you have 1sec cooking, but it's based on a stone buff.  When the buff expires you may continue to try to cook at 1 second intervals.  This results in a spam of messages because the timer is invalid.  You need to trigger the update by doing something that changes your cooking.  Unequipping clothing, food etc.

These don't exist.  You'll try to prove it using convoluted logic, once again, and will fail to provide tangible evidence, like a screenshot, again.  Bet.

90% Increased Enchant Success - again, doesn't exist.  There are Valk's Cry, which are given out for free or able to be purchased with Loyalties.  And even then, doesn't increase your enhancement success by 90% LOL, it depends what failstack you're on and what item you're enhancing, but even in the best case, the increase isn't overly stupid like giving "90% increase" LUL?  Going from 35 FS to 45 FS to attempt a TRI accessory, for example, raised the success chance from about 30% - 40%.  How did you calculate 90%?  Going from 0 FS - 10 FS (you can only use 10 Valk's Cry maximum, and this is an extreme example to try to meet this extreme claim.  No one uses Valk's Cry on 0 FS, that's just dumb) for a PRI accessory will bring you from like 10% - 50% or so.  How TF did you get 90%?  LOLOLOLOL

29,000% Exp Boost - OK now you're just throwing out random numbers.  There is a 1,000% exp event going on -- no cash shop needed.  530% exp scrolls are given out via Loyalties, a small amount of Loyalties, even.  200% scrolls for one hour are given daily, which you can combine 3 to make it a 600% scroll for one hour.  Book of Combat is 100% exp for 24 hours, but is not sold on cash shop.  Book of Old Moon is 100%, and is frequently given out for free.  And is easily obtainable via Central Market.  Some of these things aren't from cash shop, IE; 1,000% exp event and the 200% exp scrolls, but even when adding all these, you're nowhere close to 29,000%.  KEKW???

PEN Items in Cash shop - Zero PEN sold for money.  You buy costumes to melt for Crons.  You use Crons to take a chance.  You're buying the CHANCE for a PEN, not a "PEN item in cash shop" -- you're twisting things to fit your narrative, again, anyone with half a brain can see.

Buying a level 66 Character - by breaking TOS and purchasing from an account auction house?  Dafuq.  Show me where in BDO's cash shop I can buy a level 66 charcater xDDDD

It's kind of painful to teach you everything you should have already learned in life, but lets get started.

A hypothetical example is a fictional example that can be used when a speaker is explaining a complicated topic that makes the most sense when it is put into more realistic or relatable terms.

If you had put some effort into it you would have come to the innevitable conclusion.  Every example listed would be defined as merely convience based on the criteria set by that user.
