I have 199015 in barter and will need a lot more to get to guru 50

I been told by support that there nothing wrong with my account just did not barter right.

So by not Bartering right I guess I would have made more than 600 Billion

Its because of buffs, i think that at some point of stacking life EXP buffs  they multiple instead of summ   or hit some sort of bracket where you get insane amount of bartering EXP. My personal guess that after X amount of buffs or some buffs in gerenal increasse not base EXP but already increased EXP so amount of EXP going up  exponential.

I'm G19 with 152k barters and there is few G50  and a lot more people above my barter level.

definitely nothing wrong with your account, don't see how you keep thinking there is when you've made the same post over and over again and people tell you that you're wrong over and over again
