Items sold directly from bank have no buyback or recovery option

Hi
Made a mistake, classic, sold wrong item. Do I have to create a ticket for it? I can't find any options for recovery, no buyback etc :(

Because its don't exist, you press Ok by accepting that there is no recover option, there is red text saying about it.

I don't even know what I sold, I got bunch of crap in there, quest, carrack upgrades etc.
Sent ticket and also suggestion to add buyback option like vendors have.
