Devs made it clear in their late night talk that their greatest concern is "excessive performance" in top hunting grounds.

Orcs is already back up to number 2, possibly #1 when you account for the risk and costs of dying at the harder spots. As despair and scorching sun fragments drop in price, Orcs will rise again to #1. 

Shai is not just excessively bad at Orcs, she is one of the worst in the game and getting a further damage nerf next week.

As such we will be needing significant buffs in mobility and the abilities which allow us to perform in no excess of good or bad at top hunting ground. This is also important because most spots in the game follow the same basic design of Orcs- jumping between small packs of mobs, killing quickly and moving. I understand that is not a top concern of the developers, but balancing Shai performance at top hunting ground would address that as a bonus.

I look forward to the improvements to our class, as I am sure the developers are consistent in their vision, narrative, and integrity.

I can say at least at every spot I have tried, across every class I have played, the numbers have not been inflated as the averages were easy to beat. If the numbers seem inflated to you, that is more likely a you issue, or a ninja issue. But I assume based on the strength of your projected convictions that you have already ruled out class balance as an issue.

Also in my experience, at least in the places I have compared my own/my groups performance to, the numbers have likewise not been random

Relying on Garmoth numbers is a really bad thing. Garmoth numbers are for example FAR of from my average. Like 40-50% on some spots. I wouldn't rely on those numbers. In addition to that. Shai nerfs are justified and shai doesn't need any buffs. It's probably still one of the most broken pve classes out there. For example Shai pulled (before nerf) 6.1k trash blue ls at crypt. Which no other class can possibly get close to.

Even the super broken striker class could only get up to ~5k maybe 5.4k with hardcap gear at this spot. Which means shai was roughly 20% better then one of the best other pve grinders out there. Shai is also necessary in every group content. No oluns grind is done without a shai. Every Atoraxxion run usually wants a shai in it. Calling shai anything but broken overpowered is simply wrong (in terms of pve)

I didn't expect the numbers to be so significant. Shai is pretty useless now. They tried really hard to word it so it wasn't so offensive but it came out to be even worse. Honestly shai getting nerfed this much hurts especially since we all worked really hard for that extra +1AP here and there.

Shai is officially at the bottom or rather THE bottom. It's not like a evenish bottom, she's way way down.

Shai should have been buffed a bit and given new skills like BLOCK. Well, guess I'll collect dailies while fishing, it's the only thing she can do now.
