You either paid or clueless af, or you perflectly know how its works and pretending "it's all desync". While main reason of desync is mouse movement and FPS exploits. Also its important to remind hotbar skills that can be used from hotbar when they cannot be used normaly.

I fail to see your point. Desync is desync, it happens. No class or mechanic exists to let people stand up immediately from CCs, unless there is a desync somewhere that causes a miscommunication between client and server. If it did exist, you know that more than the occasional person would be using it, and especially large PvP guild members (and these known for that kind of exploiting) would be using it. As no one is able to repeat that consistently (especially on their own screen), it is much more likely to be caused by desync than anything else.

High FPS rarely helps with that, since as I explained before, the animation time of skills does not really get sped up with FPS. What does cause these issues is of course mouse movement (and I'm completely in favour of removing that from the game in combat entirely) as well as Ping (which hey, VPNs help improve that bit too).

We are talking here about PvP "exploits" that you can consciously impact by using certain settings or methods. Someone desynching on the ground (same thing for when the CCd target moves a distance on the ground cuz they got caught in a movement skill) is not a conscious choice, it can only happen as a consequence of other issues (in this case, MM and Ping).

As for the hotbar thing, elaborate?
Do you mean that you can use certain skills from hotbar when the weapons are sheathed? Or are you referring to something else?

Can you explain why it's only happens to certain players, its doesn't happens to random bob, its always happens to that KR zerk who run thru walls or insta stand up, or warrior who teleport half map , or sorc who use skills mid iframe , or witch with multiple summons at once , or valk that teleports like warrior across half map with 5 skill already hitting you on arrival, or ninja that most likely was banned on main account because there is no way he change hes family name to looks similar, or lahn that literatelly exploit flying that was even posted here on forum.

Why desync always and only happens to "skilled" players ? Or to a people from "siege guilds" ?

That sounds like those guys who purposely increase their ping with third party software, which is rare, but some thinks that helps them.

I don't think the sorc insta stand up on purpose. I am not sure about it tho.

Overall I agree that desync issues always happen with high skill players, or veteran player, tryhard, whatever the case. It's definetely not a random Joe. Even when I face large skill gap between me and oponent, I would try my best to win for sake of progress. And I sure would experience skill going on cooldown but not cast and or similar issue. It's really near guaranteed.

I heard about some skill allowing you to stand up faster. And I also heard something in regards to quick cast bar. But I got no details on these unfortunately.

What SA ? You had SA? Does player who applying stun on you know about it ? Does he want to know about it ? Its just like using skills while "knockdown", "I never was knockdown". You never had any SA from you opp perspective.

theres this fun feature in capped nodewars where u lure people to nw border, and nuke them with full power of your gear one tapping whole platoons :D

also, u can make your doom horse invisible to take out enemy cannons with ease, if you know how to "accidentally get stuck" on some object before going for cannons. (hint works with lahn movement etc)
