It won't let me move forward, like there is some hidden wall.

Happens to me in multiple different locations. Mostly by or on road spots.

i try to move to the side and then move back towards the horse, but still there is a wall there. Though one time, it did seem to work, but that was once among many.

I have used up over 50 horse ropes due to this bug by now. Tired of it, so reporting it.

Channel doesn't seem to matter.
