Yes i ave my main and sub weapons equipped.

I always have positive karma.

And yes i have sent a ticket about this problem.

They answered that they looked inside my inventory and found fish in it.

Yeah thats normal when you are fishing, they looked into my inventory on the wrong time.

I have sent them the same screenshots now from my inventory and now all i can do is waiting for them to find out  what is wrong.

Well just a minute ago i was going to dry my fish and i think i finaly found what is going on.

Yesterday it did not show up but today it did.

9 Days ago i had used my value pack for 7 days.

That expired 2 days ago.

From the pack, i had 16 more places in my inventory.

I was fishing the day, the value pack expired.

I think my inventory was full at that time and it  did not show what i see today.

I made a screenshot and i think this is what my problem is.

I have no time now to try if everything is solved now, but i let you know as soon i have time to try the well and see if i can enter again.

Oh no I didn't think of that. I did count the amount of filled inventory spaces but didn't know the items don't count if they're in the locked spaces 😫

I had the same issue, but for me it was a invocation scroll. Removed it form my inventory and I could enter.

I play this game through steam.  I too cannot enter the well on any character on any server.  I get the same message about trade items.  I am not totally sure what trade items are to be honest, as I have only been playing through quest lines, and haven't gotten into making anything yet.  Is a trade item something that can be used to make something else??  Would plants be considered a trade item, and why are all of my characters unable to enter the well even with different inventories?

Any help would be greatly appreciated :-)

Hi there, trade items are certain items that can only be sold to Trader NPCs and that can gain Money / Trade Exp depending on the distance traveled between where the item was received and sold, with some other restrictions applied (eg, the nodes need to be connected as there is a malus otherwise).
You can indentify trade items by hovering over the item description, as it is generally classified as a "trade item" somewhere. Otherwise, you can also go to a trader NPC (Open the NPC finder and click on Trade) and then sell your items to them (Given your information about being a new player just following quest lines, i would indeed just click on "Sell all" when talking to a trade NPC. It will free up your inventory from useless items and solve your problem with the magnus.
