Give the bosses a chance to drop a potion piece at a slightly higher rate than normal mobs or at least a chance to drop the pitty. Those dolls will go away like free beer.

Well the update didn't completely fail. I was on when the marketplace came back online and there was misguided hope that these would be good now and managed to sell about 1,600 of them, including about 400 above min price.

I don't agree with just making it drop Doom mats. This is the only other way to get Pegasus mats other than farming, which in itself is incredibly slow. Doom mats are the easiest to get.

I do think it needs a buff beyond what's been done, though. I thought the whale potion mats would improve these a ton, but they're so rare that it's still a massive waste of time.

outdated content should be buffed for 2023 standards and a hour of Voodoo Dolls summoning shouldn't return 250m/hour no mention the cost of 700k of each.

A very simple way to improve this is just to greatly reduce the length of the spawn animation. I don't think materials are the problem to make them "profitable" or "worth it". It's simply that the scrolls take forever.

Obviously the kill time depends on your gear and I am certainly not especially high at 668gs but the kill is fast. The spawn animation is quite longer than the kill itself.

The spawn animation is more of a story device, after 20 or so spawns the impact of the story transform into an annoyance. How many of us has said "Just spawn already, I have seen this, yes big bad but you are trivial, what is the point?".

It's also probably the time it takes to keep summoning 1 by 1...this applies to all scrolls, from voodoo dolls to the regular daily scrolls we get. Would be great if they just buffed the rewards, and also, allowed us to merge said scrolls more (the awakened scrolls could just be a mergeable of the regular scrolls through simple alchemy, instead of the combine thing, which just takes up a ton of space). Even with voodoo dolls, if they didn't buff the loot but allowed me to merge like 5-10 of them per summon, I'd probably make a ton of the scrolls, merge them, and finish them up quick.

Am I experiencing difficulties with my math or comprehension? If the market continued to expand after the change, shouldn't the number of listed items decrease, at least by a certain percentage?

Appropriate changes to make these valueable.

- reduce boss hp by 50%

- reduce summon time to 1 second

- guarantee horse mats but randomise which horse mats you get.

- add caphras stones x1-3 to loot pool
