I aknowledged your claim that the quote "drink bleach and die" is a "death threat" by telling you it isn't one. You're just overly emotional, assumptive and dramatic. Drama queen of the forums. Your old guild said you are an "annoying little b***" also in that screenshot you took, indicating more happened that you're not telling us, or, things that happened we have no way of verifying. Im of the opinion that type of toxic behavior should always be reported and punished so im siding with Vulpin on that one.
Having said that,PA should investigate and punish that type of thing on their ingame chat and community not outside of it. PA has nothing to do with your interactions with other people on discord so i understand they take no action with that screenshot. I would take that to discord support.

they have an Operational Policy for a reason. I don't hesitate to use the report function if people violate it. I'd prefer to have those types out of the community.

Nobody argues that this type of behavior is an offense and should be punished accrodingly.
One issue here is LULpin blatantly lying about the nature of the offense and building yet another hate propaganda about Pearl Abyss based on such lies according to which they support death threats.
This is the kind of misinformation that actually hurts the playerbase.

You know what would be a great idea!!!! Giving people that tell others to "go drink bleach and die" the ability to harass and massively interfere with others users in the game world. Give them the ability to mob feed players and PK. What could go wrong?
We should try to force everyone to do deal with them even if those customers don't want to interact with them in those ways.
Be HONEST now, we don't want CareBears and SnowFlakes. We WANT those toxic players ;)
(I'm going to go ahead and assume PeaceInChaos gave a heart to this post, since he actually believes all these sarcastic points)
