Suggestion/Comments:
Please add a drop from Offin Tett, as he is one of the more underserved bosses, that can be used as a function upgrade for your mainhand weapon. Something in the same vein as Garmoth's Heart, just aimed at mainhand weapons.
Offin Tett is a tough boss, and is rarely completed because of both this and dropping a weapon that is rarely of use in the general meta. Adding a drop like this would revivify the boss, allowing members to complete him more often and a new piece of major gear to strive for.

I agree that Offin Tett is underrated. He is the deadliest boss, drops a powerful weapon, but is shunted to a 10 AM, 2PM and Midnight slot. Few players in North America can really capitalize on this guy, because of work/sleep schedules. A primetime slot would be nice, and if possible, some kind of perk similar to what is described above.
