Filter life skill not working

I'm on my season character, it's not raining or anything that would affect filtering... and I can't use filter. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

It is drying rhat cannot be done when it is snowing or raining. I have never noticed any restrictions to filtering and would guess that the player experienced a short term glitch while trying to filter.

Open up Settings in the very bottom right of the game window. An option in there is 'Delete Cache' (button lower left).
That fixed it for me...seemingly...
