Anybody has it? Does it even exist?

I have 2 alts (one for deleting knowledge if its not S, other for chat with Grusha to try to get S), 515 Energy, and its been quite awhile since I started to attempt to get S-grade, just for completeness.

I login one alt, stand idly regening Energy, then do same with another alt, until both get full, then I chat/delete trying to get S-grade knowledge.

I think I already spent 5000+ Energy (five thousand), without success.

Can somebody explain whats the business logic behind this decision making chances so statistically improbably that players rather abandon and quit than spend time of their only life on questionable activities?

I mean, those knowledge points - its not like I'm going to start to earn billions once I get S and ruin the game economy or get, so why make chances so disappearing small?

I just dont get it. I already quited enhancing, I do not under any sircumstances, I dont play season characters because it involves enhancing, I literally avoid any RNG-based activities, now this knowledge grind...

Maybe this game is just not for me?

Well... That's what may happen when something is based on an absurd level of randomness. Though I wouldn't say that the game is not for you just because of that...

Pure RNG is an easy / lazy way to generate a low cost "content" and sadly, it works with many players. That's a plague for gaming, and BDO is particularly impacted by that, even in situations when it does not bring any real benefit as you mentioned it. Still... RNG, RNG...

It does exist just unfortunate rng.

Not exactly that knowledge, what I meant is located in Ecology -> Eastern Balenos -> Goblins -> Giath's Secret (top record in the section).

I specifically leveled an alt to do the crossroad branch, we get this knowledge by talking to NPC Grusha after we finished with questline.

Can delete the knowledge at Annalisa in Calpheon and talk again to Grusha to get higher lower grade.

This is not entertaining at all and its hell for completionists.

You just been lucky or you specifically put effort into rng grind this grade?

I also swapped between Calph alt and other char but it didnt even take 1 chars full energy to get the S

So another round 1k Energy went down the drain with no desirable outcome. I think continuing this is to show no self-respect.

Keep going, you got this! Think about it, if you land it you get to show it off to all the other players in the same struggle.

Hell, I've been around since launch in 2016 and don't have S either.

I dont think anybody would be much impressed that I spent so much time and effort to a thing that affects gameplay neglectably small.

I want it for completeness purposes, not planning to max my drop chances with Knowledge points, I only have 1 life and I'm not spending it on video games, especially those specifically designed to keep me away from my goals as long as possible.

If some PA designer thinks the longer I remain in game the more chances that I will make a purchase, well think again. Frustrated, annoyed, and angry customers are not likely to make purchases. They do the opposite instead.

The knowledge entry was added in 2021 so having played the game since long before that isnt hugely impactful in this case.
