Suggestion/Comments: Due to the crystal changes, formerly 1-crystal-slot subweapons like Ultimate Oros Knot which were worse than much more expensive Blackstar, Kutum, and Nouver subweapons, are now a little too good. Because slot count for crystals is not dependent on subweapon choice, and additionally because corrupted / crit crystals are not limited to subweapon-specific slots, and even further because of low AP caps & softcaps at PvE spots, the AP subweapons with ultimate reform stones and their uncapped 10% special attack damage stat are providing superior damage in a variety of situations than much more expensive PEN Blackstars, Kutums, Nouvers. Even for uncapped PvP, the damage a geared player does when using an AP green ultimate subweapon exceeds the damage they do when using a c20 PEN Nouver. Yes, even in uncapped PvP - losing a single small bracket of sheet AP when you are already beyond 316 regardless, the 10% special attack benefit on the ultimate weapons exceeds the raw stats of Nouver, and there is no longer any downside of fewer corrupted crystals to counteract that advantage.
I am not sure what exact solution is appropriate, but it is frustrating to think that my very cheap PEN: Ultimate Oros Knot I made is getting far more use than my other much more fancy subweapons. I think it is reasonable that Ultimate Green subweapons may be situationally better than their expensive "best-in-slot" counterparts, due to their specialized natures so they might excel in very specific situations, but the current state of comparison leans too far in favor of the ultimate green subweapons.
Maybe increase the special attack damage on boss/blackstar subweapons? But, this may be the wrong fix, as people already dislike the high damage present in the game... Anyway, however it is resolved, I'd just like to not consider Oros Knot to be more useful than a subweapon that costs 30x more than it.

Easier to simply remove AP cap for PVE. ( These no valid reason to put arbitrary limitation. Specially hidden one that cause that situation )
Imagine that every stat have an arbitrary cap when you can go way higher that these maximum. Why gearing more, you cannot get any more effectiveness of that stat. Completely against the philo of game.
And stopping that no-sense on Caped Node War.
Their would just recycle the AoS Gear System to T1-T2. No more Special gear build.
Cap would not exist in T3. Cap in any shape and form would not exist period.

Yeha maybe if AP brackets would actually matter ppl would use the boss weapons. But so far PA only made highend AP brackets more and more useless with every patch.
