Suggestion/Comments: I have all 4 Carracks. We can currently hire 20 sailors maximum. I have 5 each on my Volante and Advance, but 6 on my Valor, which leaves my Balance with only 4 and unused cabin space. With some sailor types we can have up to 10 per Carrack, so please ideally double the maximum amount of sailors we can have or at least increase them to 30.

Joke aside, you're totally right, we should have as many sailors as we need but it just feels like another cash grab. This is a needed change but for loyalties! not for money.
We already have the p2w ship and in a way p2w sailors as the meta tends to be more than 6 sailors in one ship (and we only get 6 for free, 14 paid ones at 500 now (becasue they were 400pearls at begining) and never on sale).

This has now become even more relevant with the Panokseon, adding 150 cabin space for which I have no sailors.

They should GIVE us 5 free sailor slots PER CARRACK BUILT. period.

Global lab is getting the update, 40 slots max, additional 3 free through quest.

Aw crap, that happiness didn't last long. Now Carracks get buffed to 10 cabin slots, meaning even 40 max sailors will again not be enough to fully crew 4 Carracks and a Panokseon.

Well, the newly announced first mate system changes things again. If those use up 3 cabin slots, it'll work.
