Is there any chance we can get an official statement on elven aging and how they're born if male elves have been away? Orwen is half-elf, so it poses a few questions for the rest of the elvish population.

Obligatory note: No, I'm not asking for ERP purposes.

Regarding Orwen, she is the daughter of Caphras, the Immortal Alchemist ( a Luthraghon/male elf) and a human mother from Iliya island. So it's not a mystery how she came to be ;) Btw Orwen is 50-51 years old, and she is considered young by other elves. ;) ( She was born right before the Black Death appeared 234-235. At the present we're in the year 286. )

There are no official statements, but I would really like one. However we can deduce a few things doing the Kama, and Ody questline.

For ex. we learn from the database, Luthraghons, and the female clans weren't as isolated as we thought.

All this info I'll share are from the knowledge database. If you search for Hadum: God of despair you'll find it

All tree clans of the elves used to live together in Elvia, because Elvia was Syvlia's (goddess of the elves) realm. She was attacked by Godr-Ayed (The Malevolent God), and had to flee, but she left the Luthraghons there, to protect the Elvia's Kamasylve. She came to the Light Realm, and brought the Ganelles, and Vedir with her, planted a new Kamasylve, and left again.

The Luthraghons/male elves could use the Kamasylve to travel between worlds. The male and female clans wern't isolated. They used to mingle.

But one day, the Elvia Kamasylve was destroyed, however the Luthraghons found the seed of the dead divine tree, and planted it. But they couldn't use the new Kamasylve as a portal anymore, tho Sylvia could talk with them trough it. Long story short, the Luthraghons summoned Hadum, because they were tricked, and thought Hadum would help them defeat Godr-Ayed. Which he did, but after that he invaded Elvia, destroyed the Kamsylve planted by the Luthraghons.

The male elves were trapped, at Hadumm's mercy, until Caphras opened a gateway between the two worlds.

The male elves came to the surface, met with the Ganelles, (who actually forget the existence of the Luthraghons).

During the invasion of Kamasylvia (235), being Caphras' people, the Luthraghons were outsed from the forest by the Ganelles, and the Vedir. Most of them were killed by the invading Black Spirits, and Caphras' portal was closed by the Ahib.

Tho a few of them survived, (like the Luthraghon elder in the Kama main quest), who lived in Kamasylvia.

This is why you can see a lots of little elves in Grana. Because there were male elves left in Kamasylvia after Caphras' portal was closed.
