Title: Get rid of Class Damage Ratios

Suggestion/Comments:  
There is ZERO, I repeat ZERO reason to have class damage modifiers in the game at this point. So much so you can't even offer an explaination as to why they exist here: https://www.naeu.playblackdesert.com/en-US/Wiki?wikiNo=225
Its just, "It is what it is folks".
Wizards(which I play awakened, which is just literally a joke in pvp at this point), Witches, and DK's have SUB 100% damage modifiers..meaning WE DO LESS DAMAGE TO EVERYONE. 
While you're golden boys, Ninjas, Sages, Hashes, etc.. all sitting at 110% damage modifiers..while also having AMAZING PROTECTED MOVEMENT and equivilent damage,  amongst other benefits. Its inexcusible and it shows. Make the damage modifiers 100% across the board and stop being lazy with how you design skills. 

PS - This isn't a "new complaint". This has been brought up several times, usually by the classes who are getting screwed over by them and NOT the classes that benefit from INCREASED damage against everyone else..

+1. Its a legacy system made as a band-aid to create a semblance of balance at a certain point in the game. Currently, the only thing it serves is to create another sub-layer of calculations in the game which makes overall balancing very difficult. It's redundant and it needs to go.

The class balance should be made around:

Class Passives (Although this can be further customized too)

Class Protections (# of FG/SA/Iframe x duration x cooldowns {- This could also be customizable})

Total % of DMG Dealt by Skills (after all multipliers) x skill duration (dps) x Cds (The total coefficient of all classes should be around +/-5%, and it clearly isn't, with some classes being OP dealing a lot of total dmg, in a short duration, with low cooldowns {+protections}, and the rest are just mediocre together creating a fake median).

E Buff / Z Buff (Can be customizable, or just made universal across classes)

# of T1-T2-T3 Skill Addons x Cds Tiers are tied to (this can be customizable too)

#, type & placement (in terms of protections) of Skill (De)Buffs (this can be customizable too)

Movement Capability x Cooldowns x Stamina Management

• #, type & placement (in terms of protections) of Crowd-Control Effects (this can be customizable too)

• Per Class/Level Stat Bonuses (Weight, Hp, all of the silly business)

• Secondary Resource (Mana) Management Capability

• Several more I can't think off the top of my head.

But guess what? None of these need a ClassVSClass table of properties, but they definitely need it to go so that they can start being properly balanced. I know it's a lot of work and it will probably be disgusting for a few weeks when the table is gone, but the payout is worth it.

More than agreed. I can see why Shai has lower than everyone, but currently its just ridiculous, just go look at how much damage a Shai with AP equipment can do in Solare. It's just insane, the only class you can defeat with Shai is Ninja and because of the extra ratio we have.
Meanwhile, Striker and Mystic we only deal 30% of all our damage on them.

Absolutely, its atrocious. You should try fighting them as a caster. There is literally no incentive to try and fight them unless you can gear check them by 70GS, and then its still a pretty fair fight if they have any idea how to rotate their SA's and movement. 
I fear they won't do anything about it, its a broken system they've let linger for years and there isn't much $$ incentive to get them to do anything about it.

Oddly enough, my point is proven.
This problem never gets any attention or gets addressed becuase 90% of the classes benefit from the damage ratios, while a few continue to get screwed over by them...

These DEV dents wont do anything. Game is horribly broken thanks to PA Leadership. All need fired at this point.
