When you enter the beauty menu, hide the UI using the 'hide UI' button, then take a screenshot with 'print screen' or with the 'take screenshot' button the UI elements do not completely vanish. Only the 'character protrait' option works, but that is just for the logout screen. These elements are distracting and ruin the screenshot. It used to be that 'shift+U' worked in the menu and removed the UI elements, but since the screenshot rework this has stopped working. 

Anyone know how to remove the UI elements? If this is a bug, could you devs look into it?

I'm not entirely sure why sometimes it hides and other times it does not. For the most part i don't want the UI but then on other times I want to keep the UI. At worst case I can always use microsoft snip tool if print screen / alt + print screen doesn't work as intended. If I remember correctly, if you take screenshots at 4k, it does weird things so i keep my screenshots at 2k. Maybe it's because screenshots are taken higher than your native resolution? Maybe it's because there's a lag for taking screenshots because 4k does "blink" so some elements might come back before others before the screenshot is taken.

I'm going with that with the theory on why.... But it certainly needs to be fixed I think. There is a pretty big community in every mmo that revolve around screenshots.
