Black Spirit's Adventure and similar windows not loading

Hey y'all, I haven't been playing this game for too long so I never really mentioned this problem that I have been having, but it's been a few months now and I still haven't figured out how to fix this problem and was wondering if anyone else has had this issue or know how to fix this :)

Hi there, this usually happens when CoherentUi doesn't work. Make sure the program is not blocked or suppressed anywhere, and that your antivirus allows it to execute. If none of that happens, send a ticket to official support, as the GMs there should be able to help you out with the issue

This is an issue on every Intel graphics system I've tried to run BDO on. Are you using Intel graphics?

I checked my antivirus/firewall and it's letting the game through so maybe I'll send a ticket in
