So I personally have spent over 200 billion silver getting my own PEN blackstar offhand. And I spent 18 billion silver getting my own Green AP off-hand to Caphras Level 14. 

How in the hell is an 18B item from the dark ages of BDO out performing a 127B END GAME PEN WEAPON???

The AP caps and overall structure of the AP limits is now being warped into something strange. 

The +10% special attack damage is over powered and needs to be removed or fixed somehow. 

This is a disgusting oversight by the dev team, and I am here to ask for this to be fixed.

99% of stupid decisions are there to attract new players and minimize the difference between players who have played for 7 years and those who have been playing for 7 days
And AP caps are part of it
They think that by openly showing new players that any investment in this game is useless, they will keep them on this game

Green offhand is outperforming where lol? Some already squish 1-shot spot like centaurs or upper sycraia? Im 309ap triple pen blackstar and my dagger is still BiS at Gyfin and all of the elvia spots. This is such a obscure non-issue that only bothers very small minority of players obsessed with tiny bit of minmax. I rather not the efficiency of the other green subweapons which are important for various builds in PVP to be rendered obsolete over this...

Imagine exploiting random cheap green items in PvP then tryhard defending it kek.

Ironically it's more of an issue in PvP than in PvE. Noone cares that some random wannable makes 3% more trash somewhere by exploiting bad game design, but we ain't not need that 10% extra special attack damage for eva ppl.

That's  gaming nowadays in general, low level of developers+ zero level of testing+ *poop* players  multiplied by publisher = skill by exploiting.

You know that AP is not everything?
Did you know that there are different green sub weapons and they have different stats?

BS = Kutum. Nouver also has much more AP but minimal DP bonus (and the one on ss has cr0 so it could be much better).

Add ultimate stone it gets 10% special attack damage. Thats where it can go past ap caps all together. That is why it is BiS in alot of places out performing blackstar an kutum by quite a margin even though some people are defending it with their lives

I still don't see it being better than bs or nouver.

Where are there any credible tests showing that "air" or "down" attack have any "epic" effectiveness? They have increased damage (air is 200% if i remember correctly) and that's it. Also for my class "air" almost don't exist and "down" requires knockdowns if I remember correctly, and mobs in end game zones are immune to cc. And if we are talking about pvp then there is no topic because fair and balanced pvp does not exist in this game.

Crits and back attacks also qualify. And with AP caps in place, it matters. 

In which end game zones do you have too much AP that you think you've reached limit?

Game does not inform you numerically about the damage dealt. And any bonuses you are talking about are so small that they are unnoticeable during combat. Also as Archer I have 100% critical so others bonuses are too low to be considered. Whether I need to use 5 or 6 skills to kill a mob doesn't make much difference to me. There is only one problem: some zones, e.g. Turo, have mobs whose stats are inadequate to the suggested AP for this area.
