The differences between Crit Rate and Crit Damage is that the former increases the probability of landing a critical hit. The latter increases the damage of a critical strike. The methodology used by BigandShiny is actually as efficient as that, even without numbers. You do know you can still check the remaining health of mobs through other means, do you?
